SAFETY IN CONNECTION
Support Group
Tuesday evenings, 6:30-7:30pm, $40-$60 per session
Meets in Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County)
For people recovering from PTSD, depression, or anxiety
Facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist

Share your strengths, struggles, and coping mechanisms with other people in recovery

Work with others to explore, challenge, and develop your beliefs and behaviors to better support your healing journey

Safety in Connection is a talk therapy group loosely guided by the Pathway to Trauma Recovery framework that so many people have found helpful. This is a goal oriented support group, meaning people are encouraged to notice where they'd like to experience growth and keep some focus on the future they're trying to create for themselves. Commitment and Enrollment

While this group allows for some flexibility in attendance, participants are expected to attend more often than not in order to build trust and cohesion within the group. I ask that you plan to participate for at least one month if you choose to enroll. Length of participation varies based on individual therapy goals. An abbreviated intake assessment is required before enrolling and costs $75.
